Wow! We recently returned from a trip to a community deep in the Kukra River and came back with a bag FULL of these monsters! If you like the taste of shrimp, if you like the taste of lobster, if you are a fan of crawfish, then you would be in heaven with a plateful of these tails sitting on the table in front of you.
We butterflied the tails and pan-fried them in butter and lime…simple but tasty. And that’s how the locals do it. Not bad.
