There is much to love about life on the Nicaraguan coast. One of them is that it is completely normal to pick your nose. You can be interviewing job applicants and any of them could dig deep while explaining why they should be hired and you just couldn’t fault them because it is normal. Your mom could be yelling at you for not doing your chores and you would still feel guilty even though she is knuckle-deep in her nostril. I still wince amusedly when I am dancing at Cima and the girl pulls out and flicks something that I feel I shouldn’t have seen.
That just doesn’t fly back home!
